Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the electronic files solely for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions:

User shall not sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the electronic files to any third party.

3. Ownership:

National Corporate Training Pty Ltd retains all right, title, and interest in and to the electronic files, including all intellectual property rights.
